Numbers that hold up.

A CPA-led practice working with owners, boards and finance teams — building the books, the studies and the controls that stand up to a lender, an auditor or a donor.

What we do

Five services, one standard of evidence.

Every engagement produces something you can hand to someone else — a bank, an auditor, an investor, a tax authority — without having to explain it first.

FEA

Feasibility studies & business plans

Market and financial studies for new ventures, expansions and funding applications. Forecast balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements built on assumptions that are written down and defensible — not optimistic projections.

  • Market & competitor analysis
  • Financial modelling
  • Forecast statements
  • Break-even & sensitivity
  • Investment evaluation
ACC

Accounting

Bookkeeping and financial reporting under IFRS, IAS and GAAP — fixed assets, receivables, payables, inventories, end-of-service benefits and pension balances kept accurate, so closing the period is routine rather than an annual emergency.

  • Bookkeeping
  • Chart of accounts design
  • Monthly closing
  • Financial statements
  • Budget vs. actual variance
  • Board reporting
AUD

Audit

A risk-based approach: pre-planning with management, assessment of the control environment, then substantive testing scaled to where the risk actually sits. Findings are written plainly and discussed before they reach a management letter.

  • Risk assessment
  • Internal controls review
  • Substantive testing
  • Audit preparation
  • Grant compliance
BNK

Banking

The financial side of banking relationships — monthly reconciliations, multi-currency account oversight, and the documentation lenders ask for before they say yes.

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Facility applications
  • Multi-currency accounts
  • Cash flow reporting
A/R

Receivables & payables management

Ageing, follow-up and payment scheduling — the difference between a business that is profitable on paper and one that can pay its people this month.

  • Ageing analysis
  • Collection follow-up
  • Supplier scheduling
  • Working capital planning

Selected work

What the engagements look like.

Client names are withheld. What follows is the type and scope of assignments the practice has delivered.

STUDY

Three full feasibility studies

Full financial feasibility analysis with long-term forecasting: forecast balance sheets, income statements and indirect-method cash flow statements, with the assumption sets and models behind them prepared for investment evaluation and board decision-making.

AQUA

Offshore aquaculture feasibility study

Led the feasibility study for a seabream farm using a tension-leg cage system at sea, working alongside a specialist technical partner, and produced the financial analysis and projections for establishment and long-term sustainability.

NGO

Financial systems assessment for 40+ organisations

Assessment and capacity-building of finance departments across more than forty international and local non-governmental organisations: evaluating systems, policies and reporting practices, coaching finance teams, and building standardised templates for consolidated statements, grant utilisation reports and budget variance analysis.

MAN

Financial and cost accounting manuals

Manuals for trading companies covering cost accounting, branch and cost-centre structures, cost allocation methods, reporting and budgeting — with cost drivers defined so operational expenses can actually be tracked.

DIR

Finance leadership across sectors

Finance director and finance manager roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing across a hundred-plus product lines, cold storage, and large-scale infrastructure contracting — budgeting, cost analysis, audit coordination and statutory compliance.

How we work

Three commitments.

01

Assumptions in the open

Every figure traces back to a stated assumption or a source document. Where a number rests on judgement, the judgement is written down next to it.

02

Partner on the engagement

Senior involvement throughout, not just at sign-off. Complex and high-risk accounts are tested by the partner or manager directly, and issues are raised early rather than at the end.

03

Two languages, one file

Reports in Arabic, English or both. International standards and local requirements handled in the same engagement, without translation gaps.
